Field Trip Fun

Carter went on a field trip to the Heritage Farm at the Bio-Park. We had such a great time...when I say "we", I mean, Carter, Marlie and I. Marlie joined right in with the class, participated like she was a kinder, and made some new "best friends". I am including some pictures of her in the mix. She was too funny. It didn't seem to bother Carter, but I think he's in for a long life of sharing his friends with Marlie. She is just the social butterfly of the family. As for Carter, well, he was the perfect gentleman, answering questions and participating. He's more of an intellectual than a socialite. It was fun watching him interact and explore and I especially enjoyed watching him record his thoughts through art in his art journal. What fun memories we are making during Carter's first year of school. I still can't believe he's SIX years old!!!
