Gross

Okay--lesson learned. When a three year old asks for chocolate milk for 5 minutes straight and you don't get it for her...she will pull her resources and get it for herself. Another lesson learned...when that three year old gets quiet in the kitchen after hearing her clanking around...you better get up and check...QUICK. I walked into the kitchen to find Marlie at the kitchen table with a serving spoon, a plastic cup, the chocolate ovaltine and an unknown substance inside the plastic cup...and the evidence that she had been drinking the unknown substance--the chocolate moustache gave it away. When I dumped out the unknown substance, it was thick with chocolate and not the color of chocolate at all...it was BLACK. She said she made her own chocolate milk with water and chocolate. And she drank it. Gross.
